Fees & delivery
Joining the network is free. For paid services, scope, delivery timing, fees and commissions are agreed in writing before work begins. Invoices state the currency and payment due date; payment is due according to the agreement.
Cancellations & refunds
For cancellation requests or billing disputes, contact us with your invoice reference. We correct billing errors and refund overpayments. Other refunds and cancellation charges depend on the work performed and your signed agreement, subject to applicable rights. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where supported.
Product orders & shipping
Product delivery, returns and transportation are subject to the responsible supplier’s or provider’s terms, confirmed before ordering. Contact them for order or shipment issues.
Payments through Stripe are completed on its hosted payment page. Never send payment credentials by email or through the network form.
Great Carry uses your business details and correspondence to respond to you and support relevant business connections. We do not sell your information or publish your submission.
We discuss introductions before sharing your details. Sharing with prospective transportation partners to verify freight interest requires your separate permission. Marketing emails require a separate opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We use service providers for hosting, storage, email and payments. Address and location suggestions send your search text to Photon. Payment details entered on Stripe-hosted pages are processed by Stripe.
Inquiries and your reply preference are stored privately. We use your WhatsApp number or email to respond about your inquiry with your permission. We retain records as needed for business, legal and accounting purposes. For access, corrections, deletion or withdrawal of permission, contact us. Some records may need to be retained to meet those obligations.
